Job Summary
For one of our clients we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager.
Contract Type: B2B
Remuneration: Up to 200 PLN/hour (Net VAT)
Work Mode: Hybrid (Warsaw Office based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones are met and products are delivered on time and within scope.
- Assure and control the quality of project deliverables.
- Identify track monitor and communicate project-related issues scope changes variances and contingencies.
- Liaise with the Project Board and other key stakeholders.
- Assign and control tasks authorize work packages balance priorities and motivate the project team.
- Plan and control project products delivery processes.
- Produce project management products (e.g. plans logs schedules) and define party responsibilities.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at a similar position.
- Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager.
- Certifications (Minimum 1 Required): PRINCE2 Practitioner Project Management Professional (PMP) PM2 Essential or PM2 Advanced or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance).
- Language: Minimum English language skills at CEFR C1 level.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and methods.
- Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies.
- Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs.
- Conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project.
- Excellent communication skills including producing high-quality written material and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership ability.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues managers and suppliers.
