Position: Assistant Manager Tenders & Administration Location: HYDERABAD Experience: 5-10 years (Should have worked 5 years in similar profile) CTC: 450000 P.A 600000 P.A Vacancies: 2 Positions For rewarding career email your profile to Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bid Manager / Tender Lead to drive our tendering efforts across public and private sector opportunities. You will lead the end-to-end bid process-from opportunity identification to final submission-ensuring strategic alignment compliance and compelling proposal delivery. You will be the lead coordinator with clients for delivery of product/services customer visits/ inspections and follow-up on payments with the customers. Key Responsibilities Tender/Bid Management: - Identify relevant tender opportunities across online and offline platform in the areas of Railways & Transportation Power & Energy Oil & Gas Banking and Defence & Government Agencies. - Analyse tender documents and prepare relevant documentation for commercial bid and technical bid in accordance with the tender specifications - Ensure timely submission of tenders via online portals or physical delivery - Liaison with internal departments and external agencies for document collection and approvals - Maintain organized records of tender documents submissions and correspondence - Preparing various reports for top management for bid assessment bid plans & timelines - Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service agreements Client Management: - Serve as primary contact for all tender related matters - Laison with client and internal cross functional teams for client inspections - Monitor customer accounts track invoices send payment reminders reconcile invoices and escalate delays to the management - Proactively reach out to customers regarding overdue payments resolve billing issues and maintain records of receivables. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business - 5 years of experience in bid management tendering or proposal writing - Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Familiarity with government procurement portals (like GeM) and tendering norms - Proficiency in MS Office & Excel reports - Preference will be given to Engineering (Electronics & Communications) & M.B.A (Finance) graduates - Prior work experience with clients like Indian Railways Commercial Banks Telecom service providers Discoms etc. will be an added advantage
