Job Summary

Job Description:

Propose innovative solutions & implement the merchandising solutions for make up testers units free access and POS materials answering format needs & gaps identified.
Improve overall store look & feel through fixture design materials colours used in store.
Encourage uniformity in stores for an overall improved store presentation.
Ensure monthly animations as per animation & marketing calendar are well design & executed within the monthly budget allocated.
Ensure all planograms are sent monthly to store teams are comprehensive self-explanatory are implemented in stores and checked weekly.
Ensure the in-store visuals and print media are superior in quality & maintained as such in all stores.
New store opening process to be seamless and merchandised on time ensuring good quality prints & implementation.
Coach store teams & VM SPOCs on VM guidelines.
Encourage sharing of VM best practice & VM SPOC program.
Spearhead & monitor the performance of VM / design projects considering budget time constraints & business needs.
Identify new branding in store for better visibility & revenue via SOH opportunities in stores.
Regular store visits for VM coaching & quality checks & international stores for market trends & inspiration.
Ensure clear zoning in stores for ease of browsing. II. ADMINISTRATIVE
Track VM budget & ensuring that phasing is adhered to.
Formulate cost saving strategies for in store animations.
Ensure vendor payments & billing is done on a timely basis. III. NSOs
Help set up stores on time & as per guidelines. IV. SOPS & PROCESSES
Formulate a new SOPS for graphic design team.
VM guideline with comprehensive dos & Donts.
Logo guideline & SOP for stores for improved visibility & stronger design
Formulate a store visit checklist for easy checking of VM and better accountability.
All new VM jobs to be routed through a VM brief format for ease of initiation.
Document VM processes & liaisons with various stakeholders for smoother processes.
