Job Summary
SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES JAKARTA
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales Senior Sales Managers Sales Manager in coordination with the Property Manager/Asst. Manager coordinates sales inquiries proposals contract secretarial back-up hotel inspection or any other specific projects required
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Excellent command of English (both written and conversational) additional foreign language skill (i.e Japanese Chinese) will be an advantage - only applications in English will be considered.
Diploma degree in tourism hospitality management or business administration from a reputable college.
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or serviced apartments.
Fresh graduates with internship experience in international luxury hotel brand are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of computers application (MS Words and other Microsoft Office tools).
Strong passion in administration tasks well-organized person with attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skillspleasant and charming personalitywith strong eagerness to learn and good initiatives.
