The Project Manager is responsible for planning and supervising a wide range of construction projects from start to finish ensuring a project is flawlessly managed and done right the first time. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner within schedule ensuring each project meets the required GP%.
A qualified candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling construction supervisors and workers a good understanding of civil construction understand project documents including blueprints elevations specifications and soils reports and will have an analytical mind ability to multi-task and have great organizational skills.
