Job Summary

Position Summary:Under the direction of the Chief Business Official the Director of Facilities and Maintenance provides strategic leadership and day-to-day management of HCCTS facilities maintenance grounds custodial services safety asset management purchasing/inventory and capital projects. The position oversees facilities planning construction and maintenance energy efficiency compliance with applicable laws and regulations and partner/vendor coordination. The Director collaborates with the CBO and Executive Leadership to ensure safe accessible sustainable and high-quality learning environments that support student achievement.
