JD:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-users desktop and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems applications including
- Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Intune.
- Communicate and work comfortably with customer executives and end users.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Document all support activities including resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with customer IT policies and procedures.
- Manage incoming inventory as part of the project
- Reimage laptops to new version of image
