Job Summary

Job Title: Linux Servers Admin with Nutanix

Location: Culver City CA

Travel Type: Partial Remote (no expenses) 3 days per week onsite

Job Requirements: MUST HAVE Requirements: **Expert or near. Relevant accomplishments should be clearly stated on the profile.**

- Nutanix Flow creation management and troubleshooting of Security policies
- Nutanix AHV Management of Storage Hypervisor and networking
- Experience with deploying and managing workloads
- AOS and Prism experience
- Updating versions and firmware
- Cluster creation expansions
- Has experience with Nutanix Flow Micro-segmentation/Security/SDN
- Migration of NSX rules to Nutanix Flow security policies.
- Migration of workloads from VMware to Nutanix
- AHSAOS installation and upgrade
- Nutanix Cluster creation and expansion

- Linux System Server Administration (OS versions lifecycle mgmt enterprise scale etc.): Expert or near
- Virtualization Technology (VMWare etc): Expert or near
- Hyperscalers (AWS Azure GCP etc.): Moderate to Expert. All technologies not required but hands on to a subset technology(ies) is required.
- Ansible/Terraform: Expert or near
- Storage Technologies (SAN etc.): Moderate confirmed practical experience.
- Documentation: Moderate to Expert SOP maintenance is required
- Communication: Expert. Clearly communicate task deliverables accomplishments issue statements etc. to leadership colleagues and customers.

ANCILLARY Requirements:
- Python/PowerShell: Practical/Fundamental
- Database Platforms: Moderate relevant to Windows Server and Linux Server support.
- Networking: Moderate ability to perform firewall and fundamental network troubleshooting in support of server to server or server to client break/fix and deployments.
- Security and Identity (AAA): Moderate to Expert; Authentication Authorization and Accounting
