Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Architect to design implement and manage enterprise-scale Multi-Cloud and Anthos-based container solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Kubernetes Anthos and cloud-native services across AWS GCP and Azure with proven experience in architecting secure scalable and resilient cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Architecture & Strategy
- Architect and manage Multi-Cloud (AWS Azure GCP) solutions with Anthos.
- Design and implement Container as a Service platforms using Kubernetes and Anthos.
- Anthos & Kubernetes Management
- Manage and scale AWS clusters using Anthos.
- Implement Anthos Config Management and enforce governance with Policy Controller.
- Enable GitOps practices for CI/CD and drift detection across clusters.
- Operations & Reliability
- Define and implement patch management backup & disaster recovery strategies for AWS clusters.
- Ensure high availability scalability and security of container workloads.
- Optimize compute resources across Compute as a Service offerings.
- Security & Compliance
- Establish compliance guardrails using Anthos Policy Controller and Config Management.
- Proactively monitor and remediate drift detection issues.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure cloud-native security best practices.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead DevOps engineering teams providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with product owners cloud architects and client stakeholders to align on solutions.
- Contribute to HLDs LLDs architecture diagrams and best practices documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of IT experience with 8 years in cloud-native DevOps and container platforms.
- Strong expertise in Anthos Kubernetes and Multi-Cloud (AWS GCP Azure).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Anthos Config Management Policy Controller and GitOps enablement.
- Patch management Backup & DR for AWS clusters.
- AWS services (EKS RDS EC2) and migration to GCP.
- Compute as a Service workloads across multi-cloud environments.
- Proficiency in IaC and automation (Terraform Helm Ansible etc.).
- Deep understanding of cloud security compliance and governance.
- Strong problem-solving leadership and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect / AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Kubernetes certifications.
- Experience with Service Mesh (Istio/Anthos Service Mesh).
- Knowledge of FinOps / cost optimization strategies in multi-cloud.
- Exposure to Observability stack (Prometheus Grafana Splunk Dynatrace).
