Position Summary
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Supply Chain Officer of our Distribution & Transportation organization you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support managing critical tasks and enabling the EVP to focus on strategic initiatives that drive the success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the Chief Supply Chain Officers schedule including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements. Ensure optimal time allocation for key priorities and deadlines.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the Chief Supply Chain Officer by screening and managing emails phone calls and other forms of communication. Respond to routine inquiries and escalate important matters promptly.
- Prepare agendas attend meetings take minutes and distribute them as necessary. Coordinate logistics for meetings conferences and presentations.
- Create edit and proofread documents reports and presentations on behalf of the Chief Supply Chain Officer. Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system.
- Planning and coordination of on-site meetings at a variety of locations
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel including flights accommodations transportation and itineraries.
- Track manage and ensure timely payment of expenses ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reimbursement.
- Assist with various projects including research data analysis and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Additional support for the leadership team as required.

Education
- HS diploma required
- Bachelors degree preferred
