Overview
The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician Associate. The Automotive Technician Associatewill assist with managing the workflow in the Service Center in addition to performing minor vehicle maintenance services across several manufacturer lines according to manufacturer specifications.
This position is located at our brand-newService Center 25080 Lakeland Blvd. Euclid OH 44132.
The pay for this position starts at $22 / hour (2 ASE minimum). In addition you can earn an additional $1 / hour for ASE certifications beyond the required minimum of two. This position is paid hourly not flat rate - get paid for the hours you work!

Automotive Technician Associate Benefits:
- ASE Certification reimbursement (upon passing)
- Hourly Rate (Not Flat Rate)
- ASEs beyond the required minimum of 2 will increase hourly rate by an additional $1 / hour (A1-A8)

Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Work alongside an experienced auto technician as directed by supervisor or manager to gain experience in the following areas:
- Ensure that all mechanical repairs are completed according to the manufacturers specifications and guidelines
- Complete manufacturer required training and perform warranty and recall repairs according to the manufacturers specifications and guidelines.
- Complete ADA installs as required upon completion of training
- Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
- Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
- Utilize multiple manufacturers websites software and diagnostic tools
- May process new fleet LOFR tires fuel reclamation or buy backs
- Update job knowledge by participating in company and manufacturer approved training or other industry related training
- Follow proper procedures to comply with all health safety and environmental standards
- Maintain the work area in a safe clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
- Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications
- Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles
- At least 2 current and valid ASE certifications required (A1-A8)
- Must have a current and valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 3 years
- Understanding of GM Ford Toyota and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or G.E.D is required
