Job Summary

Looking for a sales focused General Manager or GSM to lead our sales efforts at Kia of Stamford. We have been in business since 2011 sell about 60-70 vehicles monthly currently but are always looking to push the needle on volume. Opportunities exist in increasing sales in both new and used cars. Small but strong team throughout dealership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background selling volume used car buying and selling strong leadership skills and a focus on customerservice. We would love someone that is looking for a stable environment that they can call home for many years to come. Kia or Hyundai experience is a plus. Ownership is hands on and will help with the transition and the minutiae to keep the focus on selling. Pay is commensurate with experience and performance.
