Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for Operating Companies (OpCos) teams and act as a Technology Advisor.
- Lead and manage technical projects from planning to implementation ensuring deadlines and objectives are met in collaboration with the Global Team and OpCos leveraging supplier capabilities and coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Regional Global and Local service vendors ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) managing contractual relationships and promoting continuous improvement.
- Seek technical/capabilities and financial optimization by proactively anticipating and resolving issues to generate cost savings.
- Ensure the maintenance of technical documentation and project status reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles (technology infrastructure with a strong background in project management)
- Experience in Cloud & Hosting Platforms
- Desired technical certifications.
- Proven experience in project management (PMP Scrum Master are highly valued).
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Technical knowledge in Cloud & Hosting (Azure Multicloud Windows Server Solution Architecture).
