What we are looking for :

We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our Parks & Gardens Team in Municipal this role you will lead the CBD work team to deliver high-quality cleaning and gardening maintenance across the Todd Mall Civic Centre and surrounding areas. The position offers opportunities for weekend work and involvement in special events with extra pay for hours outside the ordinary as outlined in the current Alice Springs Town Council (ASTC) Enterprise Agreement. What You Will Bring:
You will bring strong team coordination skills and the ability to independently manage parks and gardens maintenance tasks including mowing fertilizing trimming edging tree pruning and controlling weeds pests and diseases. You have the mechanical aptitude to safely operate and maintain a range of equipment identify and report safety or maintenance issues and consistently follow WHS requirements. You are able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions maintain accurate work records and hold a current LR Class drivers licence for work across the Northern Territory.

Must have: Current National Criminal History Check: Current Light Rigid (LR) Class drivers licence.
