We are seeking a dedicated Field Officer to join our Group Training team. The Field Officer plays a pivotal role in fostering employment opportunities and provide support to Australian Trainees and Apprentices and Host Employers this role has a key focus on working closely with Host Employers both existing and prospective to ensure a continual pipeline of opportunities are leveraged for Maxima.
The role is based inMelbourne and will require travel across metropolitan Melbourne occasionally regional Victoria and a quarterly trip to Tasmania to support Trainees Apprentices and Host Employer needs.

You will be a highly motivated and an engaging communicator with exceptional relationship management skills. Previous experience in recruitment mentoring or coaching and familiarity with the local labour market will help you successfully represent Maxima and support employment opportunities.
