Job Description
We are looking for a
Senior Project Manager - Data & Analytics
(unlimited fulltime) Join our team at our location inBerlin Baden-Baden Oslo or Verl flexible working conditions available
Your key responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Guide cross-functional data teams to achieve their goals
- Interdisciplinary facilitation of international project teams comprising members from data functions (e.g. data engineering data architecture data science DataOps/DevOps) and business functions (e.g. risk management finance tech GRC etc.)
- Plan and drive the project roadmap including sub-projects budgeting resource requirements and conduct project meetings workshops and follow-up activities
- Manage and steer suppliers involved in the projects (if any)
- Ensure project completion within the defined timelines quality standards and budget
Your profile:
- 5 years of experience in project management and/or as a scrum master in data-driven projects
- Certified in project management and/or agile methodologies
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus
- Basic knowledge of data functions e.g. data engineering data analysis business intelligence and data science
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Industry expertise in financial solutions is a plus
- Strong communication skills with very good presentation and moderation abilities (English required Norwegian or German is a plus)
- Proficient in Atlassian Confluence and Jira MIRO and MS Office
- Structured and result-oriented way of working with a high degree of commitment
