Job Summary
Position Summary:Under the direction of the Principal our English Language Development(ELD) / International High School (IHS) Teachers create lesson plans to teach non-native speakers to read write speak and understand English. They help students learn English grammar pronunciation and conversational skills. ELD/IHS Teachers are expected to improve the reading writing and speaking skills of the increasing population of global newcomers to Highlands. ELD/IHS Teachers will plan implement monitor and assess a classroom instructional addition to ELD instruction we are seeking High School Teachers to teach a variety of Core Studies and Elective subjects for AM and PM shifts.
