What Youll Do
The Creative Content Specialist Creator will play a key role in driving our brandsvoice visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. This role is responsible forproducing the Level Up Claims Podcast from start to finish. This includes bookingguests recording editing writing show notes and generating short-form contentfrom each episode (Reels Shorts TikToks etc.). Youll also be the go-to person for thefirms broader content efforts developing and publishing regular posts across allmajor social platforms.
This is a hands-on production-forward role best suited for someone with a strongbackground in video and audio content creation a pulse on social media trends anda collaborative spirit.
What You Need
The ideal candidate has 25 years of experience in content creation video/audioproduction or digital media with strong proficiency in tools like Adobe PremiereFinal Cut Pro and podcasting platforms such as Riverside and Descript. They possesssolid videography and photography skills across both smartphone andDSLR/mirrorless workflows and are well-versed in content strategies for platforms likeInstagram TikTok YouTube LinkedIn and Facebook. Highly organizedself-motivated and deadline-driven they must be able to work independently andcollaboratively communicate effectively and be willing to travel on short notice forstorm deployments and field content gathering.
Bonus points for candidates withagency or legal industry experience drone or aerial video skills a talent forstorytelling or journalism or graphic design proficiency using tools like CanvaPhotoshop or Illustrator.

- Pay: $50000.00 - $60000 per year
- Location: 100% in-office
- Schedule: Typical hours: MondayFriday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Some weekend or after-hours work may be required for events or
urgent content capture - Storm deployments may require 710 days of travel per year
