What Youll Do
- Lead and support process design improvements that meet sanitary and business standards.
- Use statistical analysis to optimize product and process efficiency.
- Support commercialization trials and equipment validations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and reverse engineer machine components.
- Provide mechanical design expertise using engineering principles.
- Promote a culture of safety and uphold our RRITE values: Renew Respect Integrity Teamwork and Excellence.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering (or related scientific field) plus 3 years of direct process engineering experience or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Strong background in process improvement lean practices and statistical analysis.
- Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Experience with automated packaging and sanitary processing (food liquids cosmetics or medical).
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
Physical & Work Environment
- Office and production floor setting.
- Occasional lifting (up to 35 lbs) standing bending and exposure to noise and temperature variations.
- Safety-sensitive position requiring clear communication and reasoning skills.
