Job Summary

The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe efficient and reliable product and service delivery to customers. This role manages bulk plant operations to support the preparation quality control and delivery of bulk materials to wellsites. The Bulk Plant Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery implements standard work practices manages operational risks and supports training and development of other operators and trainees. Compliance with regulatory industry and health safety and environmental standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time

Blend and mix bulk products according to job program designs and specifications

Calculate and verify quantities of material blends prior to loading

Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and product integrity

Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with service delivery and logistics teams

Assist with monthly inventory counts and completion of daily shipping and receiving documentation

Label store and dispose of additives empty drums and pails safely and in compliance with procedures

Perform daily inspections of bulk plant equipment and maintain cleanliness of the facility

Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all health safety and environmental policies

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous bulk plant or similar industrial operations experience preferred

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Safety-conscious mindset with strict adherence to HSE procedures

Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Willingness to work shift schedules including nights and weekends as required
