Job Description:
The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies is currently seeking a Sr Associate in Logistics to join our growing team at our Camden AR site. Under general supervision and following established policies and procedures Logistics supports Operations and performs professional assignments requiring general use and application of concepts practice & techniques.
Essential Functions:
- Manages inventory to support manufacturing schedule using internal ERP system (Oracle) to maintain inventory control. Reports issues to supervision for further escalation of the issues.
- Executes move orders to move inventory to production areas and communicates with various COEs to ensure operations has everything needed for the assembly.
- Performs physical counts and warehouse walks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identifies and communicates concerns and issues potential to production impacts. Works with the team to develop a solution to minimize the impact. Relays information to team members and management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires practical knowledge of job area. Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
- All positions require possession of a valid drivers license.
