About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (PM) to lead the delivery of network infrastructure and structured cabling projects at a dedicated site. This role is responsible for the complete execution of construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout while ensuring performance targets are met across schedule budget quality safety and client satisfaction.

The Project Manager serves as the primary operational and client-facing leader coordinating internal teams subcontractors and stakeholders while maintaining a strong on-site presence.

What Youll Do

Lead full lifecycle execution of network infrastructure and cabling projects
Develop and manage project schedules milestones and delivery plans
Own project financial performance including budgeting forecasting job cost tracking and billing
Plan and manage labor requirements and direct on-site field operations
Oversee pre-construction planning constructability reviews estimating and value engineering
Coordinate procurement equipment materials and logistics
Manage subcontractors vendors and material suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements
Manage contracts scope changes and change orders
Prepare and deliver project reporting forecasts and projections
Investigate and resolve site issues delays incidents or emergencies
Lead train mentor and manage project team members
Serve as the primary liaison to the client maintaining strong relationships
Proactively communicate project status risks and corrective actions to stakeholders
Maintain all required project documentation and playbooks
Be present on-site for active construction and installation activities

Qualifications

10 years of experience in construction management data centers network infrastructure or structured cabling
Proven track record delivering mission-critical projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Experience managing subcontractors vendors and field teams
Contract negotiation and administration experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Experience coaching and mentoring teams
Client-facing project leadership experience
Understanding of project management metrics (Earned Value SPI CPI)

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
BICSI RCDD or similar telecommunications certifications
