Are you passionate about the citys pulse culture and hottest happenings Do you have the inside scoop on whats new next and unforgettable W Prague is searching for our next W Insider the ultimate connector tastemaker and brand ambassador.
About the Role
As our W Insider you will:
- Be the face of W Prague creating memorable personalized experiences for our guests the Connectors.
- Share your insider knowledge of Pragues latest trends in music fashion design nightlife dining and culture.
- Curate WOW moments that surprise and delight guests before during and after their stay.
- Build strong relationships with local partners venues and influencers to unlock exclusive access for our Connectors.
- Work closely with Talent across all departments to ensure seamless Whatever/Whenever service delivery.
- Handle check-ins check-outs and guest inquiries with precision and style.
What Were Looking For
- A confident charismatic personality with a strong network in Prague.
- A natural storyteller and social connector who thrives in fast-paced guest-facing environments.
- Previous experience in hospitality guest relations or lifestyle concierge is a plus.
- Passion for design music fashion and all things W.
- Fluent in English and Czech; additional languages are an advantage.
