If so the Service Desk Specialist position will open the door for you to the world of IT and Vivicta.

You will be responsible for:

• Receive IT requests from customers via phone chat email and our ticketing tool

• Help resolve incidents and customer requests

• Communicate with both technical teams and customers in English and Polish

• Support your teammates by helping to distribute incoming requests

• Provide remote assistance to end users

• Investigate and diagnose end-user issues

We expect you to have:

• Fluent English (level B2 or higher) and Polish

• Education in IT or a good understanding of IT concepts

• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team
