1. 负责通过优质的服务并通过定期 积极主动和精确的现场沟通 (维保计划 维保作业执行招修等等使客户满意并维持良好关系
2. 负责准确汇报工作情况 以确保客户服务被准确记录并在每次访问后告知客户设备的安全和状况如果出现偏差应根据当地流程向客户提出纠正措施
3. 负责终端用户工地和工作环境及自身的安全根据维保指引和安全指引来开展维修和保养操作
4. 负责执行例行维保服务解决和关闭招修就万一停梯和困人或出现安全问题作出反应
5. 确定备件的需求 向主管提出备件需求或给主管提供销售线索
6. 负责保持服务工具的安全 维护和状况良好及文书档案的齐全
7. 负责准确和及时汇报工作完成情况
8. 完成主管交代的其他工作如配合年检整改等

10. 须参加公司安排的培训不断提升维保技能
11. 需要对主管指定人员进行培训和指导
岗位要求
1. 0-3年社会工作经验不考虑在校学生
2. 本科学历全日制本科
3. 具备良好的沟通能力
4. 英语四级
