職務目的Job Purpose

• 担当エリアにおける 傷害医療保険部所管商品の推進維持管理にかかわる戦略戦術等の立案および実行
• 増収施策の完遂を目的とした推進サポート
• アンダーライティング業務収益損害率管理および維持改善計画の実施
• 開発新商品の販売促進営業現場での普及推進教育指導業務

職責Job Responsibilities

• 傷害医療分野の引受権限を委譲された立場で営業現場全国7地域事業本部のいずれかに駐在し本社施策の推進や問題解決のための取り組みについてLead役としての役割を果たす
• 所属本部の社員Producerに対し傷害医療分野の商品の優位性や販売手法適切な引受方針等について教育を行っていく
• 所属本部の生産性を最大化するための戦略を企画立案し実行責任者としてPromotionや案件相談アンダーライティング業務を迅速かつ適切に遂行する
• 専門的知識周辺知識顧客の課題解決に必要な知識を活用し同職種の範となるレベルで業務を遂行する
• 質の高い情報分析力プレゼンテーションスキル交渉力コミュニケーション力を有し業務において存在価値を発揮する
• 周囲のサポートを受けながらリーダーシップを発揮して業務を遂行する
• 入社後一定期間は本社部門でOJTを実施し営業本部に駐在し業務を担う業務経験に応じる
