Overview
- Translates the overarching business strategy into sales function vision strategy and operating model
- Designs optimizes or transforms sales function operations workforce capability processes and supporting technology
- Establishes frameworks for the management and measurement of all sales activity based on industry specific leading practice
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing delivery of one or more processes solutions and/or projects with a focus on quality and effective risk management.
- Contributes to continuous process improvement the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis and the application of best practice.
- Accountable for achieving own targets which impact the immediate team.
- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of junior colleagues or team members.
- Provides technical guidance to colleagues to ensure achieve agreed outcomes.
- Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service quality and risk management sales and business growth solution development and teaming etc.)
