We are looking for a/anInside Sales Representative to join our Sulzer team in La Porte Texas.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide project status updates and serve as liaison between operations and customer for updates regarding deliveries customer service issues etc.
- Responsible for executing the proposal generation and archive process within the ERP business system
- Ensure all proposals are reviewed per Sulzers internal delegation of authority and create Margin Summary Review sheet
- Coordinate and manage as needed the resolution of project issues questions and concerns.
- Manage the release of all project scopes and project hand-offs to the operations group(s).
- Provide project status updates and serve as liaison between operations and customer for updates regarding deliveries customer service issues etc.
- Facilitate communications between the customer ASM and operations group ISRs have duties and responsibilities
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Word Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Time management skills
- Understanding of basic financial concepts
