Summary of Job Duties:
The Assistant Professor will provide subspecialized expertise for a wide breadth of neuropathology with studies provided by the varied subspecialists in neurosurgery neurology otolaryngology and neuroopthalmology.
Qualifications:
M.D. or equivalent degree required.
Must be fellowship trained in interventional radiology.
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible by the Arkansas Board of Radiology (ABR).
Must have an Arkansas medical license or eligible for licensure.
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced neuroimaging for the comprehensive evaluation of brain tumors (MR perfusion/tractography and fMRI).
Provide a comprehensive total body evaluation of myeloma patients with CT MRI total body PET and total body DWIBS.
Additional Information:
This position is a Designated Research Position and is regulated by the Arkansas Research Education Protection Act of 2025. Prior to issuance of an offer of employment the University is required to request and obtain additional information about an applicants background and if required conduct an additional review of that background information.
