Bauer Media Audio UK is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Birmingham team. Youll take personal revenue responsibility for a portfolio of clients driving growth across Hits Radio Greatest Hits Radio and the wider Bauer portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UKs most iconic audio brands including Magic Absolute and KISS in a supportive and high-performing team.
As an Account Manager youll take ownership of a portfolio of clients driving revenue growth across Bauers audio platforms. Youll be part of a supportive high-performing team that values authenticity ambition and collaboration.
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (1 day onsite)
- Win new business and grow existing client accounts
- Execute Bauers commercial strategy across Birmingham
- Manage advertising inventory and pricing
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve personal and team revenue targets
- Proven sales experience and results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM/database familiarity
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
