We are currently looking for a Sales Manager - Stewarding to join our Food Beverageteam.
As a Sales Manager - Stewarding we rely on you to:
- Control flow and supply of chinaware/ flatware/ glassware
- Responsible for the planning organization and execution of the quarterly inventory cont
- To monitor and fully implement the portion control established with recipe cards
- Actively seek staff feedback and suggestions to improve operations
- Assist frontline department in achieving guest satisfaction by proving them with the necessary support service and equipment
- Creates a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.
- Responsible for labor cost of the department Maintain staffing level as per the manning guide balancing the volume of business operational needs and managing overtime/casual/contracted labor costs.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Food Beverage
- Excellent presenter and communicator
- Is self-driven goal-oriented able to challenge the status quo
- Upholds professional values ethics and integrity at all times
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
- Preferably has a Bachelors degree or relevant experience in a similar role
- Understands the global market and local environment
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong interpersonal skills
