Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and negotiation of supplier contracts to secure competitive rates
- Conduct benchmarking analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance competitiveness.
- Perform market analysis to evaluate potential suppliers and their offerings.
- Tradeshift System Support:
- Assist in the adoption and integration of the Tradeshift system across the business.
- Own reviewing PO and invoice mismatches and implementing corrective actions in Tradeshift
- Facilitate training sessions for staff to promote effective use of the Tradeshift system.
- Report technical issues or user challenges as needed.
- Vendor Spend Analysis:
- Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify patterns and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Support the development and implementation of cost-saving strategies
- Assist in tracking and reporting monthly savings achieved through spend management initiatives.
- Support in Vendor RFPs:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of vendor RFPs to ensure the best value procurement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help define procurement requirements.
- Strategic Procurement Initiatives:
- Support strategic procurement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.

Education:
- Bachelor Degree graduated.
Work experience:
- Experience in vendor management preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with procurement systems and tools; familiarity with Tradeshift is a plus.
- Comfortable with benchmarking analysis and handling large data sets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- CIPS qualification or willingness to train to acquire the qualification.
