An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the Malta-branch of an Asian games development company (slots).
You are a self-starter with an extensive network within the iGaming industry and have access to decision-makers with operators and aggregators ready to offer their players innovative content.
This role offers excellent employment terms including a basic salary of up to 80K for the right individual!
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Drive sales of the Companys Slot games to Aggregators and Operators
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Create and continuously update growth strategy to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with teams in Asia and Europe to ensure alignment between teams and drive unified business objectives
- Meet and greet with potential clients and expertly present Demo
- Negotiate contractual agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners regionally and internationally
- Coordinate with product marketing and customer engagement teams to ensure effective cross-regional execution
- Report on business development activities sales performance and market insights to senior management
- Travel internationally to attend industry events exhibitions and meetings
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of proven experience in Sales & Business Development
- 3 years within the iGaming industry (B2B Sales & BD)
- Up-2-date on iGaming industry trends regulations and key competitors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Fluent communication skills in either French Spanish or German
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to work effectively independently and within a team
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Strong time management and organizational skills
About this role
- Salary 50-80K depending on experience
- Comprehensive commission scheme
- Hybrid/remote with min 3 days at the office
