This is an exciting opportunity for a driven candidate to grow within one of South Africas leading construction companies. It would be to your advantage if you have knowledge and experience in Quantity Surveying principles and methodologies as well.

Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Skills
A comprehensive skill set in the holistic management of construction projects including but not limited to
- Programming
- Budgeting
- Administration
- Planning
- Team coordination
- Being able to manage large construction projects
- Identifying and developing innovative ways to increase efficiencies and improve productivity
- Developing and maintaining close relationships with all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements building and safety codes
Software Proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc)
- CCS
Other Requirements:
Valid Code 08 Drivers Licence
Willingness to travel and work away from home as required by project demands
Ideal Candidate:
High attention to detail.
Must be able to lead a team
Must be able to plan and monitor progress
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Passion for construction and continuous learning.
Ability to adapt to the ever-changing environment on-site
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have the following minimum requirements:
Academic Qualification
BTech Construction Management
Well versed and experienced in all Construction Regulations statutory requirements
Work Experience
At least 20 years Site Engineering experience with 7-10 years of that in a Senior Management role.
