Performance Objectives for Year One Success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve the following key outcomes within the first 12 months:

Enhance IT Risk Profiling: Partner with key business units to re-evaluate and streamline the IT risk profiling process resulting in a more accurate actionable and forward-looking view of the groups inherent and residual technology risks.
Execute High-Impact Audit Engagements: Independently manage a portfolio of 3-5 end-to-end IT audit projects covering areas such as IT General Controls Application Controls and Cyber Security. Success means delivering high-quality insightful reports to management on schedule and within budget in line with the established audit methodology.
Become a Trusted Risk Advisor: Establish yourself as a credible and influential advisor to business and IT leadership. This will be demonstrated by your ability to provide proactive meaningful input that leads to tangible improvements in IT risk management processes and controls.
Drive Timely Issue Resolution: Develop and implement a robust follow-up process to track and drive the timely implementation of management actions for all identified audit findings demonstrably reducing the number of outstanding high-risk issues across the group.
