Introduction

World Leader in State-of-the-Art Furniture & Décor Senior Sales & Interior Design Consultant
(Full-time position Cape Town)

Our client a renowned luxury furniture and décor showroom is recruiting a Senior Sales & Interior Design Consultant

Working under the supervision of the Store Manager the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service from welcoming clients and presenting concepts (moodboards quotes 3D renderings) to designing tailor-made high-end projects.

The chosen candidate will benefit from intensive training in sales techniques corporate processes brand history and product knowledge through our international in-house training center.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales in a luxury retail environment.
Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships (Architects Interior Designers Procurement Companies VIP clients etc.).
Manage projects from concept to completion including order follow-up with European suppliers.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree (BCom Marketing Interior Design or related field).
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
Strong passion for exclusive furniture décor
Highly motivated customer-service oriented organized and an excellent communicator.
Commercially driven with strong presentation skills attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in MS
3D software knowledge is an advantage.
Willingness to travel across South Africa and abroad.
Valid drivers license.
