Associate Recruiter
Fully remote position (South Africa based)
Work hours: U.S. EST business hours
Role Overview
The primary role of the Associate Recruiter is to proactively identify source and recruit qualified candidates that meet the requirements of client career opportunities. This role operates under the guidance of a Practice Director who will support professional development assign weekly job vacancies and monitor workflow.
Associate Recruiters are expected to manage their assigned workload efficiently ensuring timely identification qualification and submission of candidates. The goal is to handle 24 assigned job vacancies per week producing 58 qualified candidate submittals weekly.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct an average of 100 outbound calls per day to source passive talent for client career opportunities
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo to locate candidates and build target lists with complete contact information
Research client companies to understand their business operations and accurately represent career opportunities
Utilize YouTube ChatGPT and Google to build expertise in industrial sector recruitment and client-specific needs
Meet with the Practice Director every Monday morning to set weekly goals and review prior weeks performance
Submit 58 qualified candidates per week for assigned client vacancies

Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or a talent acquisition role (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools such as ZoomInfo
Familiarity with candidate research techniques and industrial sector knowledge
Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple platforms
Ability to learn quickly and apply new sourcing strategies effectively
