Xin chao! We are proud to deliver the QANDA App used by over a million users each month leading innovation in education. Additionally weve achieved vertical business expansion through QANDA Study which is joined by an average of 100000 students annually. We provide innovative educational content with the top literary teacher in Vietnam Suong Mai along with beloved more than 10 star teachers like Huyen (Math) and Thang (Chemistry) who have garnered enthusiastic support from students.

This April we are looking forward to the grand opening of the new QANDA Study website. Our goal is to make this website a must-visit for every high school student in Vietnam. We anticipate a future where QANDA App and QANDA Study are seamlessly integrated managing the learning process for all Vietnamese exam takers.

We are searching for a Product Manager to lead this crucial journey. One of the co-founders who built the QANDA app from the ground up will lead this project directly working closely with you. You will have the opportunity to experience data-driven decision making educational service innovation using AI and pushing beyond conventional limits and boundaries.

What will you do

Propose and refine feature ideas to enhance the QANDA Study website based on user needs and business goals.
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (teachers content teams) and outsourced developers/designers to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
Oversee project timelines requirements and communications to ensure smooth delivery of updates and new features.
Collaborate closely with the App Product team to ensure consistency and synergy between QANDA Study website and QANDA App.

Who we are seeking

Proficient or barrier-free in English communication.
At least 6 months of relevant experience (Product Manager Product Owner BA Product Planning Software Development Data Analysis etc.).
Excellent logical thinking for problem-solving and superior communication skills (documentation verbal communication).Outstanding time management skills.
Critical thinker with a keen attention to detail for QC and product reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

High understanding of education and platform services.
Experience in data analysis visualization A/B testing or ease in applying new tools like Firebase Google Analytics Mixpanel/Amplitude etc.
Experience with Agile/Scrum software development processes.
Strong understanding of IT and interest in the latest trends in AI including LLMs.
Background in development or former developers.
