We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the brigade at the UKs only two Michelin-starred pub an ambitious passionate and hardworking team that consistently strives for perfection.

What Youll Do
Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead and motivate the brigade during busy service
Ensure dishes are prepared cooked and presented to Michelin-level standards
Oversee purchasing receiving and food storage procedures
Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety compliance
Assist with menu development and training junior chefs
What Were Looking For
Experienced Sous Chef from a Michelin or high-end background or strong Junior Sous Chef with ambition to step up
Precision consistency and a genuine passion for delivering excellence
Organised reliable and confident leading a brigade
Team player with a collaborative spirit who thrives in a busy kitchen
