Manpower on behalf of its client a Greek company specializing in outdoor equipmentis seeking a Store Manager.

Location: Marousi Greece
Working Model: On-Site
You will be reporting to: Managing Director

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to lead the store team manage inventory maintain visual merchandising and store standards by ensuring excellent customer experience and implementing company policies.

More Specifically:

Supervise retail operations while ensuring exceptional customer engagement
Coordinate the packing of online orders efficiently
Oversee the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process
Create newsletters and maintain post-sale communication with customers
Organize and control inventory orders for both the store and warehouse
Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports and sales data to senior management
Implement marketing promotions while collaborating with the marketing agency
Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business administration economics or relevant field
2-4 years of experience in retail management ideally in a high-end retail environment
Alternatively experience as sales assistant would be an asset
Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems (SoftOne)
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results- driven personality
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
