Manpower on behalf of its client a Greek company specializing in outdoor equipmentis seeking a Store Manager.
Location: Marousi Greece
Working Model: On-Site
You will be reporting to: Managing Director
Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to lead the store team manage inventory maintain visual merchandising and store standards by ensuring excellent customer experience and implementing company policies.
More Specifically:
- Supervise retail operations while ensuring exceptional customer engagement
- Coordinate the packing of online orders efficiently
- Oversee the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process
- Create newsletters and maintain post-sale communication with customers
- Organize and control inventory orders for both the store and warehouse
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports and sales data to senior management
- Implement marketing promotions while collaborating with the marketing agency
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines
Requirements - Bachelors degree in business administration economics or relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in retail management ideally in a high-end retail environment
- Alternatively experience as sales assistant would be an asset
- Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems (SoftOne)
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results- driven personality
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
