We are looking for an experiencedProperty Manager preferably with OneSite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus! We have an opening at one of our beautiful properties located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area which is one of our premiere apartment communities with a design construction and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.
Position Requirements:
- Responsible for on-site operations and supervising staff members.
- Responsible for the completion of weekly and monthly reports.
- Resident relations and retention controlling costs of maintenance and vacant ready status.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Leasing answering phones computer skills filing interaction with residents and vendors.
- Property Manager experience is a must.
- Strong communication/computer skills.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional Appearance.
- Ability to work well with managers and other personnel.
- 3 years of experience required.
- Assist all outside vendors with property issues.
- Manage property inventory.
- Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants.
- Supervise all property staff.
Salary:
Starting at $70K/year
