Job Description
As Sr. Enterprise Architect I (ServiceNow youll provide onsite support to our Air Force customer. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions that align with mission objectives improve business processes and ensure platform scalability and compliance with Air Force requirements.

What youll do:
- Lead the architectural design and roadmap for enterprise ServiceNow solutions in support of Air Force mission priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with DoD cybersecurity compliance and integration standards.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for ServiceNow development configuration and integration activities.
- Optimize ServiceNow performance and governance ensuring best practices are applied across the enterprise.
- Mentor technical teams and guide implementation to ensure solution quality maintainability and alignment with the architectural vision.
- Partner with Air Force leadership program managers and other technical staff to deliver innovative and mission-focused outcomes.
What youll need to succeed:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture development or administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HR or custom application development.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles integration patterns and ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
SALARY RANGE: $ 184000 - $243000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
