Job Description
Joyce Windows Sunrooms & Baths is hiring part-time Inside Sales / Appointment Setters to join our busy call center in Berea OH. This role is perfect for people looking for flexible hours evening shifts or weekend work while earning $18$28 per hour with base pay plus commissions.
Youll be calling warm and interested leads (no cold calling) to schedule free in-home estimates. If you enjoy talking on the phone have strong people skills and want a job with flexible scheduling and high earning potential this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with potential customers and confirm appointment details
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals
- Provide excellent customer service on every call
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in inside sales call center telemarketing or customer service preferred (not required)
- Comfortable working part-time evenings or weekends
- Friendly positive and motivated to earn more with commission
- Strong communication and phone skills
