Job Summary
Job Description
Spectrum has a full-time opportunity for a Medical Appointment Clerk at the Dumfries Ambulatory Care Center in Dumfries Virginia. We provide out-patient clinic services for enlisted and retired military personnel in association with Ft. Belvoir Community position provides coding duties in support of patient care and treatment.
Position Duties Include:
- Manages day-to-day operations of the clinics Appointment Center.
- Assists in building templates and schedules. Enters provider schedules into CHCS appointing system per Lead Physicians approval.
- Assist with other duties as needed and assigned.
- Anticipated work schedule Monday-Friday 0545-14:15
Qualifications include:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One to three years related experience.
- Must be proficient in patient relations appointment scheduling and professional phone techniques.
- Have knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing data entry and automated records.
- U.S. citizen
- Real ID
