Work hours: Part Time 24 hours weekly variable shifts on Friday Saturday and Sunday
Training: Must be able to attend orientation and training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire

What You Will Do
Make reservations ensuring all pertinent information is contained in the reservation notes.
Make reservations at other area hotels as requested when the hotel is full.
Demonstrate good telephone etiquette and listening skills when interacting with guests.
Check guests in and out take payments process check requests and check mail.
Assist/escort guests by helping them downstairs if they are checking out.
Prepare welcome packets; print welcome letters and make keys for arrivals.
Performs other work as requested that is reasonably related to the employees position qualifications and competencies.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and compassion towards guests and/or patients.
Greet patients and visitors to the hotel and/or hospital.
Assist with obtaining wheelchairs when needed.
