As a Technical Sales Support Specialist you will join our Regional Marketing and Business Development this role you will combine technical knowledge with customer focus to support distributors consultants and partners in international markets. You will be the key link between our customers and internal teams helping to deliver tailored solutions.
A job that matters: Your responsibilities
- Act as the first contact for distributors and partners on technical and commercial requests
- Provide guidance on product selection configurations and compliance with standards
- Prepare quotations proposals and tender documents
- Track and manage opportunities in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility quality and on-time delivery
- Support multi-product projects and share market feedback
An experience that matters: Your skills
- Degree in Engineering Architecture or related field
- Technical mindset with interest in customer-oriented work
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM systems or AutoCAD knowledge is a great advantage
