Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support (English French and Italian) for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsabilities:
- Understand customers / local requirements.
- Update Salesforce CRM.
- Create support case follow up with internal teams.
- Basic interaction with customers and resellers to follow up on renewals /inbound leads received.
- Support building target account list to the team.
- Pull and share report from Salesforce CRM.
Requirements:
- Excellent English French and Italian written and verbal communication skills.
- Excel basic functions required. We need Business level Fluency.
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments.
- Experience communicating with Customers.
- Organized and problem solver.
We offer:

- We offer an initial 6-month contract.
- 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid position.
- Gross annual salary: 35.750
