What Youll Do

As HR Manager for Falkirk and Larbert Operations youll play a central role in shaping how we support engage and grow our people. Leading a small team and partnering closely with site leadership youll bring HR strategy to life across the full employee lifecycle. From driving culture change and developing talent to building strong trade union relationships and delivering large-scale projects youll ensure our people practices not only meet operational needs but also create a workplace where everyone can thrive.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for an experienced HR leader with a background in fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environments. Youll be confident handling complex employee relations cases experienced in leading change and comfortable influencing at every level of the business. With a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and strong knowledge of employment law youll combine commercial awareness with a collaborative and people centred approach. Above all youll bring energy credibility and a genuine passion for making a positive difference to both the business and its people.

Bonus if you have: It would be a real advantage if youve managed successful trade union negotiations led major change programmes or introduced innovative ways of improving HR processes. Experience in coaching and developing others as well as using data to shape people decisions would also help you make a big impact in this role.
