Job Summary
L&R is the largest distributor and the 6thlargest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We now distribute over 40000 items (cosmetics toys school supplies hosiery hair accessories OTC HBA and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas Nevada and New Jersey.

Job Summary
The ICQA Associate is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy in the warehouse. This candidate is responsible for verifying the completeness and correctness of all orders filled and confirm accuracy for shipment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity
- Maintain product identification and location program
- Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them in a timely manner
- Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations
- Responsible for verifying items picks and paying detailed attention to matching product item numbers
- Safely utilize forklifts and power jacks to move warehouse materials according to proper safety instructions and as directed
Supervision:
This position is frequently supervised by the Inventory Control Supervisor/Lead.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and write
Skills Required:

- Willingness to learn computerized scanning device
Physical Demands
This position requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds for 80% of the day and stooping for 20% of the day.
