Manpower on behalf of its clientis looking for a Store Manager who oversees and manages the daily operations of a retail store.

Location: Athens Greece
Working Model: On-Site
You will be reporting to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Managing the stores day to day operations
Supervising coordinating and developing the in-store team
Ensuring a high-quality customer experience
Handling inventory: ordering receiving and merchandising
Planning in-store events and community activities
Monitoring sales performance and contributing to business growth strategies
Operating POS systems managing cash and preparing basic financial reporting
Ensuring the stores cleanliness organization and visual standards

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
2-3 years of experience working in a retail management or supervisory role
Familiarity with inventory software and POS systems
Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during events
Fluency in English is required additional languages are considered a plus
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively
